1.Membawa Surat keterangan dari Ketua RT yang menyatakan bahwa pemohon dalam masa kewargaan di RTnya apakah ada catatan prilaku yang menyimpang/tidak terhadap norma social yang berlaku, disyahkan oleh RW dan Lurah/Kepala Desa Serta Camat Setempat
2.Foto Copy KTP dan atau Kartu Keluarga bagi yang belum memenuhi syarat untuk mendapatkan KTP
3.Rekomendasi Catatan Kriminal dari POLSEK Setempat.
4.Mengisi daftar pertanyaan yang telah disediakan
5.Pengambilan Rumus Sidik Jari oleh Petugas POLRI, bagi pemohon yang belum pernah diambil sidik jarinya
6.Pas Photo BErwarna ukuran 4 X 6 Tampak Muka dan KEdua Telingan, sebanyak 6 Lembar

Bagi pemohon SKCK yang akan ke luar negeri untuk kepentingan Sekolah, Bekerja dan kunjungan/Exit Permit, maka SKCK diterbitkan oleh POLDA atau MABES POLRI.

dibubuhi badan hukum yang bersangkutan
3) Instansi pemerintah(termasuk BUMN/BUMD)
- Surat tugas/kuasa
b. Faktur
c. PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang)
d. Bukti hasil pemeriksaan phisik kenderaan
e. Kenderaan bermotor yang mengalami perubahan bentuk, harus
dilampirkan surat keterangan dari perusahaan karoseri yg mendapat izin.
f. Surat keterangan bagi kenderaan bermotor angkutsn penumpang umum
g. Sertifikat uji type, tanda bukti lulus uji type
II. PENGESAHAN SETIAP TAHUN
a. 1. Setiap Orang
- Tanda Jati Diri yang sah + satu lembar foto copy
2. Badan Hukum
- Salinan akte pendirian + 1 lembar foto copy
- keterangan domisili
- surat kuasa
3. Instansi Pemerintah (termasuk BUMN dan BUMD)
- Surat tugas/surat kuasa
b. Surat pernyataan pemilik kenderaan bermotor bahwa tidak terjadi
perubahan identitas pemilik atau spektek kenderaan bermotor
c. STNK dan Foto Copy
d. BPKB dan Foto Copy
e. Pengesahan oleh petugas , dilaksanakan secara :
- Manual dengan cap dan tanda tangan
- Komputerisasi dengan menggunakan register komputer
f. Bukti pungutan PKB/BBN-KB , SWDKLLJ dan Premi Angsuran Jasa Raharja
(khusus kenderaan umum) tahun sebelumnya.
III. PERPANJANGAN MASA BERLAKU STNK
a. 1. Perorangan
- Tanda Jati Diri yang sah + satu lembar foto copy
2. Badan Hukum
- Salinan akte pendirian + 1 lembar foto copy
- keterangan domisili
- surat kuasa yang bermaterai cukup dan ditanda tangani oleh
Pimpinan dari serta dibubuhi cap badan hukum ybs.
3. Instansi Pemerintah (termasuk BUMN dan BUMD)
- Surat tugas/surat kuasa yang bermaterai dari instansi yang
bersangkutan.
b. STNK lama atau surat keterangan dari kepolisian, bila tidak dapat
menyerahkan STNK tersebut
c. Salinan bukti buku uji kenderaan bermotor tersebut
d. Dilakukan cek phisik terhadap kenderaan bermotor tersebut
e. Kalau ada perubahan baik kepemilikan, ganti warna, ganti mesin,
merubah bentuk harus dilengkapi dengan BPKB.

Celebrating New Year with "Nasi Tumpeng"

This picture captured on January 1, 2009 while celebrating new year with my officemates.

Nasi tumpeng is one of the famous Indonesian Tradisional dishes. Yellow colour in rice is from natural color of tumeric. Rice shaped like cone sorrounding by Indonesian fried chicken, fried tempe, salted fish, round fried potato, egg omelete, chilli sauce, and vegetables. Served in traditional big bamboo plat and covered with banana leave. Aluminium foil on top of rice is just to keep rice warm and prevent drying rice.

Nasi tumpeng served in special occasion as thanks be to God such as while success in harvest, 7th month of pregnancy, and other ocassion. But nowadays, we can found this Indonesian traditional dishes on modern celebration such as New Year and birthday celebration or even wedding celebration.
